Employement terms and Allowances After Joining
Employees are hired either as full-time (permanent) employees or as contract employees.
Regardless of work arrangement (dispatch, outsourcing, contract work, or subccontracting), the followungpatments apply.
- When Assigned to Work:
- ⇒Base salary・Job assignment allowance・Family allowance・Relocation allowance・Housing allowance・Commuting allowance・Overtime allowance.
- During non-assiggment Periods:
- ⇒Base salary・Family allowance・Relocation allowance・Housing allowance・Commuting allowance・Overtime allowance.
※ The job assignement allowance is provided only during active assignments.
※ During non-assignment periods, employees are required to report to their assigned office.
※ Note: family allowance, relocation allowance, and housing allowance are provided only to eligible employees1.
Selection Process

- Details about the interview location woll be provided after the screening.

- The schedule for both first and second interview can be adjusted based on your availability.

- The start date and other details can be discussed upon offer.
About Employee Housing
The company will lease and provide housing for both individuals and families if the following cnditions apply:
- Relocation or transfer due to a work assignment.
- When commuting cost exceed \50,000 or relocation is required due to difficulty commuting.
- Initial Costs
- ⇒The company will arrange the property and cover the costs. However, the company will cover deposit (敷金) and key money (礼金) up t one month’s rent each.
- Rent and Maintennace fees
- ⇒Any amount exceeding the company’s maximum allowance (varies by region) must be paid by the employee.
※Deductions: Rent, utilities (water, electricity, etc.), parking fees, and other costs will be deducted from the employee’s monthly salary. Employees are responsible for all these additional expenses.
About Relocation
For relocations or transfers due to work assignments, the company will cover moving expenses within the specified limit.
Any costs exceeding this limit will be the responsibility of the employee.
