In accordance with our “Personal Information Protection Policy”, we would like to disclose our handling of personal information.
Therefore, we ask that you please fully understand and agree to the following before using our services and providing us with your personal information.

- Personal information provided to us will be used only for the following purposes.
- 1)Personal information of business partners (persons in charge etc.)
- ・ To contact you regarding general business activities, sales activities etc.
- 2)Personal information provided at the time of an inquiry
- ・To contact and respond to your inquiries.
- 3)Personal information received from job applicants
- ・To conduct our recruitment activities.
- ・In the case of employment decisions, for legal purposes such as personnel and labor management, as well as for the company’s prescribed procedures.
- 4)Personal information of employees and retirees
- ・To manage personnel and labor management and other legally stipulated procedures.
- ・To manage the legally required procedures such as taxation and social insurance after retirement, as well as appropriate employment information and history information.
- 5)Personal information of employees of partner companies
- ・For communication, coordination, and skill evaluation for our development projects.

- d. Cases in which personal information is scheduled to be provided to a third party
- Personal information obtained will not be provided to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except as required by law.
- e. Outsourcing the handling of personal information
- When outsourcing information processing and other operations, we will select a subcontractor on the condition that the subcontractor has a sufficient level of personal information protection, and will enter into a confidentiality agreement with the subcontractor before outsourcing the work.
- f. When we receive a request from an individual to notify the purpose of use, disclose, correct, add, delete, stop use, erase, or stop provision to third parties of personal information to be disclosed held by us, we will promptly respond to the request after confirming the individual’s identity. (Please refer to the end of this document for the method of inquiry.) Please note that we may not be able to respond to your request if it interferes with our business operations.
- g. Voluntary nature of giving personal information
- Providing personal information to us is voluntary, but if you do not provide it, we may not be able to respond to your inquiries, apply for a position, or use our services properly. In addition, we will ask you to provide personal information as specified by us when you apply for a job with us and are offered a position with our company. Please understand this in advance.
- h. Obtaining personal information in a manner that is not easily recognizable by the individual concerned.
- Cookies are used to make it more convenient for you to visit our website when you come back, and they do not violate your privacy or have any adverse effect on your computer. We do not use cookies to obtain personal information.

【Information on the Procedure for Requesting Personal Information for Disclosure】
With regard to requests from the individual or their representative for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination, or suspension of provision to third parties of personal information for disclosure that has been secured by the company, the following procedures will be used upon request as specified by the company.
1. Contact for Requests for Disclosure
Please send a “Request for Disclosure” to the following address by postal mail, enclosing the prescribed request form, necessary documents, and a handling charge.

2. Documents to be submitted when making a “Request for Disclosure etc.”
To make a “Request for Disclosure etc.”, please fill in all the necessary information on our prescribed request form (1) and send it by mail, enclosing (2).
1) Our prescribed request form
For our prescribed request form, we will send you the form by mail, fax, or e-mail upon your request to the address for requesting disclosure etc. as stated in 1.
2) Identification documents
Please enclose a copy of one of the following identification documents.
- ①Driver’s license
- ②Passport
- ③Basic resident register card
- ④Alien registration card
- ⑤Health insurance card
- ⑥Other official documents that can verify the applicant’s identity
※Please black out or otherwise process information regarding the place of residence after the prefecture.
3. When a “Request for Disclosure etc.” is made by a representative
If the person making the “Request for Disclosure etc.” is a representative, in addition to the documents listed in (1) of 2., please enclose a copy of one of the documents listed in (1) of 3. below that certifies the representative’s identity, and (2) of 3. a copy of a document certifying the representative’s identity.
1) Request form prescribed by the company
In the case of a representative authorized by the individual to make a Request for Disclosure etc.
- Letter of attorney from the individual (original)
If the representative is a legal representative of a minor
- ①Certificate of registered matters regarding guardianship registration etc.
- ②Other official documents that can confirm the authority of legal representation
2) A copy of a document certifying the representative’s identity
- ①Driver’s license
- ②Passport
- ③Health insurance card
- ④Certificate of residence
- ⑤Basic Resident Register card

4. Fees for “Requests for Disclosure etc.” and method of collection
Only in the case of a request for notification or disclosure of the purpose of use, the following fee will be charged per request. Please enclose postage stamps for the following amount when mailing the request form.
Fee amount: 800 yen
5. Method of Response to “Request for Disclosure etc.”
In general, we will respond in writing (by sealed envelope) to the address of the individual indicated on the request form.
Personal information obtained in response to a “Request for Disclosure etc.” will be handled only to the extent necessary to respond to the request for disclosure etc.
In the following cases, we may not be able to respond to a “Request for Disclosure etc.”. In such cases, we will notify you to that effect and the reason. Please be advised that a fee will also be charged for non-disclosure.
- ①When the identity of the individual or representative cannot be verified
- ②When the prescribed application documents are incomplete
- ③When the request for disclosure does not fall under the category of “personal information for disclosure” (*)
- ④When there is a risk of harm to the life, body, property, or other rights or interests of the individual concerned or a third party
- ⑤If there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper conduct of our business
- ⑥When it is in violation of laws and regulations
6. Personal Information for disclosure and Purpose of Use
Personal information to be disclosed is personal information that constitutes a systematic collection of information, and for which we have the authority to respond to all requests for disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of content, suspension of use, elimination, and suspension of provision to third parties requested by the individual concerned. However, if any of the following (1) through (4) applies, the information does not fall under the category of personal information for disclosure. The purpose of use of personal information for disclosure is the same as in c. Purpose of use.
- 1)Information that is likely to cause harm to the life, body, or property of the individual concerned or a third party if its existence or non-existence is revealed
- 2)Information that may encourage or induce illegal or unjust acts by revealing the existence or non-existence of the relevant personal information
- 3)Cases in which the disclosure of the existence or non-existence of the relevant personal information is likely to cause harm to national security, damage the relationship of trust with other countries or international organizations, or cause a disadvantage in negotiations with other countries or international organizations
- 4)Cases in which the prevention, suppression, or investigation of crimes or the maintenance of other public safety and order is likely to be disturbed if the existence or non-existence of the relevant personal information is revealed
